Hassan教授，美国toledo大学商学院会计系主任，博士，博士生导师。研究领域：财务报告问题、债务契约、盈余管理。其研究论文发表在Review of Accounting Studies（top 5）、Journal of Accounting & Public Policy、Journal of Business Ethics、Journal of International Accounting, Auditing & Taxation、Journal of Management Accounting Research、International Journal of Accounting Information System等杂志。
